How do you charge for crew & gear? +

Crew is charged at a daily rate based on their role, and gear is charged per shoot day. We keep it transparent with no hidden costs.

How do revisions work? +

Most packages include 1–2 rounds of revisions. If extra revisions are needed, we’ll provide a cost estimate before proceeding.

What is a typical turnaround time? +

Small edits can take 2–5 working days, while larger projects may take 2–6 weeks. We provide a clear timeline for your specific project upfront.

Do you provide the raw footage? +

Yes, raw footage can be provided for an additional fee to cover drive and data management costs. Please request this upfront.

Where are you based? +

We’re based in Sandton, Gauteng. Travel within 50km is included; travel beyond that is quoted separately.

Who owns the final video? +

Once the final invoice is settled, you own the full rights to your video. We may ask for permission to use clips in our portfolio.

Can you create versions for social media? +

Absolutely. We can edit and export your video in different aspect ratios (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) for any platform you need.

Do you offer editing-only services? +

We can do either. Some clients bring us existing footage to edit, while others prefer a full-service production package.

What happens if the weather is bad? +

We always monitor the forecast and will discuss contingency plans with you, such as indoor backup locations or a scheduled weather day.

Can you work with my budget? +

We always try to find a solution. Once we understand your budget, we can recommend the most effective approach to meet your goals.

How far in advance should I book? +

The sooner, the better. For smaller shoots, 1–2 weeks is often enough, while larger productions may require 2-4 weeks of pre-production.

Do you handle music & voiceovers? +

Yes, we manage all audio needs, including licensed music, voiceover artists, and final sound mixing, with costs based on usage rights.
